Zaid holds a B.A degree in Accounting Information System. He currently heads the purchasing department. He has over 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
He maintains constant contact with our vendors to ensure that they are providing us with the highest quality, most competitive pricing performance. The purchasing department conducts annual reviews of the quality ratings of our vendors and creates the Approved Vendor list.
His experience as a Material Controller enables him to fully understand the effect that outside sourcing and material acquisition have on the overall quality of operations.
