The Canadian Ambassador to Jordan Her Excellency Ms. Donica Pottie visited The Royal Academy Of Culinary Arts on Monday 11th November 2021, where RACA’s Director Chef Jacques Rossel accompanied the Ambassador on a tour at RACA to introduce her to the various Academy’s facilities, in addition to the new F&B Management Program and the Culinary Diploma Program.
