Our Programs
In today’s fast-paced culinary world, chefs need to have the know-how and a broader set of hands-on skills that are based on scientific knowledge about food, temperatures, cooking methods, and new trends. To satisfy these requirements for stakeholders in the industry (fine dining restaurants and five star hotels), and future professional chefs, we offer a wide array of culinary programs for people with varying educational backgrounds and career aspirations.
All programs are delivered by RACA and are recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Jordan as an academic degree, or as a training program when the academic requirement are not satisfied.
