Position: Academic Lecturer
Ms. Nadine Omara holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Jordan, and many certifications in the field of food safety and food quality systems (HACCP and ISO). She joined RACA in 2020 as an academic lecturer with a total of 7- year experience in nutrition and food science education field and as a clinical nutritionist. Ms. Nadine Omara is responsible for teaching Nutrition, ServSafe and Food Hygiene courses and implementing food safety and quality systems at RACA, moreover developing content and giving extra courses to different target audience from RACA stakeholders
