Dr. Joseph Ruddy
Senior Advisor – Enabling Environment and Tourism Human Capital Development
Dr. Joseph Ruddy is currently a Human Resources, Quality Assurance & Sector Development Component Leader for USAID/Jordan Tourism Development Project. Dr. Joseph spent over 25 years in education development and management. In addition, he has a cumulative of 10-year experience in the private sector tourism industry both working and owing his own businesses. He has implemented tourism projects in the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and Africa for donors including USAID, World Bank and the European Union. He holds a PhD in Management Development and Career Planning,Master’s of Arts and Bachelor’s of Science and numerous Diplomas.
