Installment Option Regulations

• I hereby declare that I understood that is the Installment facility covers Tuition Fees Only anddoes not cover any other additional fees.
• Minimum amount budget to installment cannot exceed 2500 JOD.
• A minimum of 18% of tuition fees must be paid as a down payment to RACA.
• Installment payments cannot be postponed.
• If approved, remaining balance of tuition fees can be divided over a maximum of 5 monthly equal Payments.
• This Application is subject to a processing fee of 25 JD (Per semester).

تعليمات نظام التقسيط

• ﺗﺴﻬﻴﻼت اﻟﺘﻘﺴﻴﻂ ﺗﻐﻄﻲ اﻟﺮﺳﻮم اﻟﺪراﺳﻴﺔ ﻓﻘﻂ ، وﻻ ﺗﻐﻄﻲ أي رﺳﻮم إﺿﺎﻓﻴﺔ أﺧﺮى
• يجب أن لا تتعدى الدفعة عن مبلغ 2500 دينار
• ﻳﺠﺐ دﻓﻊ دﻓﻌﺔ أوﻟﻰ18 %ﻣﻦ اﻟﺮﺳﻮم اﻟﺪراﺳﻴﺔ ﻛﺤﺪ أدﻧﻰ
• لا يمكن تأجيل دفع اقساط الدفعات
• ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ اﻟﻤﻮاﻓﻘﺔ ، ﻳﻤﻜﻦ ﺗﻘﺴﻴﻢ اﻟﺮﺻﻴﺪ اﻟﻤﺘﺒﻘﻲ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺮﺳﻮم اﻟﺪراﺳﻴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ 5 دﻓﻌﺎت ﺷﻬﺮﻳﺔ ﻣﺘﺴﺎوﻳﺔ ﻛﺤﺪ أﻗﺼﻰ
• أوافق وأقر بأنه يتحمل الطالب أي غرامات أو رسوم أو أي نفقات أخرى ناتجة عن التأخير أو عدم الدفع إلى البنك الوطني لتمويل المشاريع الصغيرة.
• ﻫﺬا اﻟﻄﻠﺐ ﺧﺎﺿﻊ ﻟﺮﺳﻮم ﻣﻘﺪارﻫﺎ 25 دﻳﻨﺎر أردﻧﻲ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻓﺼﻞ دراﺳﻲ

Student / Guarantor Commitment

• I read and understand the regulations of the installment option.
• I hereby declare that the information given on this form is correct and complete.
• I agree and acknowledge that the loan is provided by the National Microfinance bank and my contractual relation is with the bank and RACA is not a party to this contractual relation.
• I agree and acknowledge the monthly administrative expenses will be paid by the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.
• I agree and acknowledge I must pay the loan installment on the date specified by National Microfinance bank.
• I agree and acknowledge that any fines, fees, or any other expenses resulting from late, or no payment will be paid by the student to National Microfinance bank.
• I agree and acknowledge that I cannot register for a new semester or get the graduation certificate unless and until the tuition fees of the student are paid to RACA in full.

• أقر اﻧﺎ اﻟﻤﻮﻗﻊ ادﻧﺎه ﻗﺮأت وﻓﻬﻤﺖ ﻟﻮاﺋﺢ ﺧﻴﺎر اﻟﺘﻘﺴﻴﻂ
• أﻗﺮ ﺑﺄن اﻟﻤﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎت اﻟﻮاردة ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬا اﻟﻨﻤﻮذج ﺻﺤﻴﺤﺔ وﻛﺎﻣﻠﺔ
• أوافق وأقر بأن القرض مقدم من البنك الوطني لدعم المشاريع الصغيرة وأن علاقتي التعاقدية مع البنك ً وأن اكاديمية الملكية لفنون الطهي ليست طرفا في هذه العلاقة التعاقدية
• أوافق وأقر بأن الأكاديمية الملكية لفنون الطهي ستتكفل بالمصاريف ا́دارية الشهرية المترتبة على اقساط
• أوافق وأقر بأنه يتعين علي سداد أقساط القرض في التواريخ المحددة من قبل البنك الوطني لدعم المشاريع الصغيرة.
• أوافق وأقر بأنه يتحمل الطالب أي غرامات أو رسوم أو أي نفقات أخرى ناتجة عن التأخير أو عدم الدفع إلى البنك الوطني لتمويل المشاريع الصغيرة.
• أوافق وأقر بأنه لا يمكنني التسجيل في فصل دراسي جديد أو الحصول على شهادة التخرج دون تزويد الأكاديمية الملكية لفنون الطهي بمخالصة خطية من البنك الوطني لدعم المشاريع الصغيرة
