I used to see the royal academy of culinary arts building on my daily work trip and wishing to study there, while I was working as a salesman. I wanted to follow my passion and because of my previous experience of 5 years in the states as a cook.
I took my decision and I’ve applied to study at the royal academy of culinary arts under the scholarship program, and I was accepted. at the time the only thing that I was thinking about is how to follow my passion which was increased and guided by the royal academy of culinary arts facilitators. the Royal Academy opened the door for me to do an internship in Dhabi on a luxurious island (Zaya Nuria Island), with many well-known chefs especially chef Marc Abed.
I was able to perform and support many functions inside the island because of the skills and knowledge that I gain during my studying period in the academy. Then I took the chance to join the best Japanese restaurant in UAE and one of the best in the world (Zuma restaurant).
after that, I came back to Amman to work at the W Amman hotel as a Chef de partie.
I helped in the opening of a Japanese rooftop restaurant (Zaran rooftop) and it was a very successful project under the supervision of well-known chefs like Executive Chef Lamberto Valdes and Chef Mustian Osman an Asian specialty chef, it was a successful project. therefore, I got an offer to be a Sous Chef and supervise the Asian Restaurant with the assistance of the current Executive Chef Roger Valero.
In this period of time, Zuma and Enso won many trophies as the best leading cuisine and best restaurant.
